摘要
针对变电站直流系统电池内阻在线精确测量的困难,提出活化时进行瞬时大电流放电来测试内阻的方法。针对宝鸡眉县潼关寨110 k V变电站,研制变电站直流系统阀控式铅酸电池内阻在线测量仪器。与基于交流法的手持式测试仪相比,提出的电池内阻测量方法对内阻多次测量结果的标准差更小、重复性好,结果更稳定。
Aiming at the difficulty of accurate measurement of internal resistance of battery in substation DC system,a method to test the internal resistance by discharge with instantaneous large current during activation was proposed.Aiming at the 110 kV substation in Tongguanzhai,Mei County,Baoji,the online measuring instrument for the internal resistance of the valve regulated leadacid battery in the substation direct current(DC) system was developed.Through the actual measurement and comparison with the test results of the hand-held tester based on the alternating current(AC) method,the standard deviation of the measurement results were small,the repeatability was fine,the test results were more stable.
