摘要
针对深井钻机钻进过程实现自动化控制进行设计,采用基于PLC自动控制的自动钻进过程,通过拉力传感器反馈的参数,控制器能够自动控制使钻头一直保持在一定范围内的轴压,根据逻辑关系使钻头的转速与轴压保持在最佳状态下工作,大大提高了工作效率。控制器采用EX2N-38MR-70H(-2AD2DA)型号,集触摸屏与PLC控制于一体,占用空间小,界面可自定义,工作过程参数一目了然,且根据不同的地质情况可人工控制触摸屏修改参数,操作简单,维护方便。
We design the automatic control of deep well drilling machine.This article adopts the automatic drilling process based on PLC automatic control.Through the feedback parameters of tension sensor,the controller can automatically control the axial pressure that keeps the bit in a certain range.According to the logical relationship,the rotation speed and axial pressure of the bit can be kept in the optimal state,which greatly improves the efficiency.The controller adopts ex2n-38mr-70h(-2ad2da)model,integrates touch screen and PLC control,which occupy little space,customize the interface.The working process parameters are clear.We can manually operate touch screen to modify parameters according to different geology,simple operation,easy maintenance.
