摘要
介绍了露天矿矿用无人驾驶技术发展现状及总体技术构架,阐述了矿用无人驾驶系统在露天矿采装、运输、排卸3个关键生产环节实现方式及在各工艺间的衔接,论述了矿用无人驾驶系统在智能卡车调度、燃油消耗、轮胎管理、安全管理、优化开采工艺参数等方面给露天矿带来的经济效益及社会效益。
This article introduces the current situation and the overall technical framework of autonomous haulage system in the open-pit mine,expounds the realization way of the autonomous haulage system in three key production links including loading,transportation,unloading and the connection of three technologies,and discusses the economic and social benefits of autonomous haulage system in intelligent truck scheduling,fuel consumption,tire management,safety management,mining process parameters in the open-pit mines.
