摘要
优化了天池能源南露天煤矿剥离半连续的系统布置方案,使之适应于剥离内排环节,并实现与露天煤矿3000万t/a产量规模的剥离、排土推进度相适应。通过合理匹配半连续生产系统采装、卡车运输、破碎及连续输送各环节的生产能力,使整套系统生产效率得到最大发挥。优化设备选型、结构型式,大幅降低了系统投资和生产成本,使之更适用于露天煤矿破碎站频繁的移设、排土工作线平行移设的需求。优化后使剥离半连续生产系统效率更高、成本更低。
TThe article optimizes the layout scheme of the semi-continuous system in southern open-pit coal mine for internal dumping and stripping operation,and realizes the objective suit for the advancing speed of stripping and dumping with the production scale of 30 million tons/year of southern open-pit coal mine.The production efficiency of the whole system can be brought into full play by properly matching the production capacity of each link of semi-continuous production system,such as loading,truck transportation,crushing and continuous transportation.Adopting the optimized equipment selection and structure type can greatly reduce the system investment and production cost,which is more suitable for the frequent shift of crusher stations and the parallel shift of in-dump working face.After optimization,stripping semi-continuous production system has higher efficiency and lower cost.
