为探究930E转向蓄能器维修与保养的方法,通过对930E卡车转向蓄能器的结构及工作原理进行研究,分析930E转向蓄能器现有维修方法中存在的问题,提出了930E转向蓄能器拆卸、分解、清洗检查、组装的详细方法,总结出一套科学高效的维修方法。经过实践表明,该方法切实解决目前转向蓄能器维修过程中没有统一标准,维修流程混乱,维修质量低下的问题,为930E卡车转向蓄能器的维护及保养提供了理论依据,实现转向蓄能器维修保养作业标准化。

In order to explore the repair and maintenance methods of 930E steering accumulator,the author studies the structure and working principle of 930E truck accumulator,analyzes the problems in the existing maintenance methods of 930E steering accumulator,and proposes disassembling,cleaning,inspecting,and assembling method of 930E steering accumulator,summarizes a set of scientific and efficient maintenance methods.The practice shows that this method effectively solves the problems without uniform standards,chaotic maintenance processes,and low maintenance quality in the current steering accumulator maintenance process,which provides a theoretical basis for the daily maintenance and maintenance of 930E truck steering accumulator to realize standardized maintenance work of steering accumulator.
