基于主成分分析的虚拟学术社区科研人员合作影响因素研究--以“小木虫”论坛为例

Research on the Influencing Factors of Researchers’ Cooperation in Virtual Academic Communities Based on Principal Component Analysis: Case Study of “Mu Chong” BBS

[目的/意义]旨在为促进虚拟学术社区科研合作发展提供参考。[方法/过程]为厘清多理论下科研合作影响因素,以虚拟学术社区367份有效问卷为样本,运用主成分分析法对虚拟社区中科研人员合作影响因素进行研究。[结果/结论]在虚拟学术社区科研合作中,社区信任起主导作用;个体层面因素包括个体基本特征、个体心理感知和个体预期三个维度,影响程度均与群体交互因素相当。提出建立并完善虚拟学术社区管理规范和信任机制,构建并完善虚拟学术社区版块,完善虚拟学术社区激励机制等建议。

[Purpose/significance]The paper intends to provide references for scientific research cooperation in virtual academic community. [Method/process]In order to clarify the factors influencing scientific research cooperation under multiple theories, 367 valid questionnaires survey of academic virtual communities are analyzed, and the influencing factors on scientific research cooperation in academic virtual communities are studied by principal component analysis. [Result/conclusion]Community trust plays a leading role in the research cooperation in the virtual academic community;the individual factors contains individual basic characteristics, individual psychological perception and individual expectations, and the influence degree of the three dimensions is equal to the group interaction factors. Finally, the paper puts forwards some suggestions, such as establishing and optimizing management standards and confidence mechanism, building and improving forum, and promoting the motivation system of the virtual academic community.
