摘要 根据脉冲焊机温度控制的设计要求,运用参数自整定PID算法实现脉冲焊温度控制,阐述了温度闭环控制原理、PID控制原理、PID参数整定、PID程序设计与运行等,以焊接20454 40P FPC连接器为例,通过控制结果分析比较发现,实际温度曲线和理想温度曲线拟合度较好,能够满足温度曲线路线的控制要求,从而验证了设计的可行性。 According to the design requirement of temperature control of pulse welding machine,the temperature control of pulse welding was realized by using parameter self-tuning PID algorithm. The temperature closed-loop control principle,PID control principle,PID parameter tuning,PID program design and operation were expounded. By taking welding 20454 40P FPC connector as an example, through the analysis and comparison of the control results, it was found that the system is effective. Inter-temperature curve and ideal temperature curve fit well,which can meet the control requirements of temperature curve route and verify the feasibility of the design.
