摘要 针对目前煤矿安全生产监控系统存在的开发周期长、有线布设复杂、监控覆盖面不全等问题,提出一种基于PLC与ZIGBEE无线传感网络的煤矿安全生产监控系统,可以实现对煤矿的有效监控,并具体介绍了监控系统的总体设计方案、硬件方案设计与选型以及软件方案设计。现场测试表明:该安全生产监控系统能够稳定运行,有效解决了布线困难的问题,具有一定的工程应用价值。 Aiming at the problems of long development cycle, complicated cable layout and incomplete monitoring coverage of coal mine safety production monitoring system,a coal mine safety production monitoring system based on PLC and ZIGBEE wireless sensor network was proposed,which could effectively monitor coal mines. The overall design scheme,hardware scheme design and selection,and software scheme design of the monitoring system were introduced in detail. The field test shows that the safety production monitoring system can run stably,effectively solve the problem of wiring difficulties,and has certain engineering application value.
