摘要 为提高矿井主排水泵系统的自动化智能化水平,基于当前矿井传统主排水泵日常运行中存在的不足,对其控制系统进行了自动化改造。介绍了主排水泵系统的构成、水位监测的原理、水位监测系统的主要组成,设计了主排水泵自动控制系统及其水位监测系统、硬件部分、软件部分。经实际应用,新设计的矿井主排水泵自动化控制系统能很好地满足矿井排水需求,具有一定的推广应用价值。 In order to improve the automatic and intelligent level of the mine main drainage pump system, based on the shortcomings of the current mine traditional main drainage pump in daily operation, the control system was reformed automatically. The composition of the main drainage pump system, the principle of water level monitoring and the main composition of the water level monitoring system were introduced. The main drainage pump automatic control system and its water level monitoring system, hardware part and software part were designed. Through practical application, the newly designed automatic control system of the main drainage pump of the mine can meet the drainage demand of the mine well, and has certain popularization and application value.
