摘要
针对传统电饭煲铝盖生产线劳动强度大、生产效率低下和需要操作工人多的问题,设计了一条自动输送生产线。根据加工对象的特点,设计的生产线主要包括平移和升降运动,采用真空吸盘吸附工件,操作简便。实际应用表明,设计的自动输送线不仅结构紧凑,占地面积小,而且实现全自动加工,节约了劳动力成本,受到用户欢迎,得到广泛的推广使用。
In view of the problems of the traditional production line of aluminum cover for rice cooker, such as high labor intensity, low production efficiency and the need for more operators, a new cooker process was designed. According to the characteristics of the processing object, the production line mainly included translation and lifting movement,the vacuum sucker was used to absorb the workpiece,which was easy to operate. The practical application shows that the designed automatic conveyor line not only has compact structure and small floor area, but also realizes full-automatic processing, saves labor cost,is welcomed by users and widely used.
