摘要
为增强螺纹连接的防松能力以及防止横向载荷螺栓连接的滑动,介绍了4种螺纹拧紧力矩的选择标准依据,通过实例计算对比提出了螺纹预紧力矩的选择方法,提出了螺纹拧紧理想预紧力的关键在于选择符合实际的摩擦因数和降低摩擦因数的离散度。利用各种标准依据螺纹预紧力数学模型,对比了4种标准依据的选择特点,验证了实际工作中对于螺纹连接质量反映为拧紧力矩与轴向预紧力的关系。为以后螺栓拧紧力矩的选择提供了理论依据。
In order to enhance the anti-loosening ability of threaded connection and prevent the sliding of transverse load bolt connection. The selection criteria of tightening torque of four kinds of thread was introduced. The selection method of thread preloading torque was put forward through the comparison of an example. According to the mathematical model of preloading force of screw thread according to various standards, the selection characteristics of four standards were compared. The relationship between tightening torque and axial preloading force was verified. The study provides a theoretical basis for the selection of bolt tightening torque in the future.
