基于Plant Simulation的发泡陶瓷生产线AGVS系统仿真研究

摘要 在发泡陶瓷生产线上,采用自动导引车(AGV)作为输送单元,负责输送生产所需的窑具从窑尾辊台装货处到窑头辊台卸货处。发泡陶瓷生产线AGVS系统参数设定是影响AGVS运输效率的关键因素之一。针对AGVS输送系统路线逻辑和效率问题,借助Plant Simulation软件工具,对AGVS系统进行系统建模、部分参数随机实验和优化,验证相关路线逻辑,找到较优化AGVS系统参数组合,为企业节约成本,减少AGVS的数量,提高AGVS运输效率。 In the foaming ceramic production line, the automatic guide truck(AGV) is used as the conveying unit, which is responsible for conveying the kiln tools needed for production from the loading place of kiln end roller table to the unloading place of kiln head roller table. The parameter setting of AGVS system in foaming ceramic production line is one of the key factors affecting the transport efficiency of AGVS. In order to solve the problem of route logic and efficiency of AGVS transportation system, the system modeling, random experiment and optimization of some parameters were carried out on AGVS system with the help of Plant Simulation software to verify the relevant route logic and find out the optimized combination of AGVS system parameters, so as to save costs, reduce the quantity of AGVS and improve the transport efficiency of AGVS.
