摘要 针对现有机械零件尺寸测量过程中的检测速度慢、精度低、成本高等问题,提出一种基于HALCON的机械零件尺寸测量方案,包括硬件和软件两部分。利用HALCON对相机进行标定,通过图像去噪、区域特征提取、仿射变换以及边缘检测等手段提取零件图像的边缘轮廓。通过HALCON的直线拟合算子得到零件的边线尺寸,借助外部导入的封装最小二乘拟合算子拟合圆,得到内孔尺寸。通过与高精度测量仪的测量结果对比可知,该方案能够实现高效率、高精度的机械零件非接触式实时测量,满足工业生产的检测精度要求,可应用于实际生产中。 Aiming at the problems of slow detection speed, low precision and high cost in the measurement of existing mechanical parts, a method based on HALCON for mechanical parts size measurement was proposed, including hardware and software. The camera was calibrated using HALCON, and the edge contours of the part image were extracted by image denoising, region feature extraction, affine transformation, and edge detection. The size of the part edge was obtained by HALCON′s straight line fitting operator, and the inner hole size was obtained by fitting the circle with an externally introduced package least squares fit operator. By comparing with the measurement results of the high-precision measuring instrument, the solution can realize high-efficiency,high-precision non-contact real-time measurement of mechanical parts, meeting the detection precision requirements of industrial production, and can be applied in actual production.
