升降横移立体车库升降电机仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 为了利用检测升降电机线电流的方式进行载车台下到位的检测判断,在Matlab的三相异步电动机模型的基础上,利用升降电机的空载和满载实验数据,在Matlab/Simulink中建立了升降电机的仿真模型,并进行了升降电机在提升和下降及下降到位过程的仿真分析。仿真结果表明所建立的电机仿真模型是有效的,仿真数据对检测升降电机下到位需用的电流感应开关的选型和参数设置具有指导作用。 In order to judge the falling to ground of the carry-board through detecting of the current of lifting motor, the no-load and full-load experimental data of lifting motor was utilized and the simulation model of the lifting motor was set up in Matlab/Simulink based on the Matlab’ s simulation model of three-phase asynchronous motor, and the simulation analysis of lifting, falling and falling to ground of the carry-board were conducted. Simulation results show that simulation models are effective and simulation data can guide the selection and parameter setting of the AC current switch that used for judging the falling to ground of the carry-board.
