摘要
设计并开发了一款基于压力传感器的电梯安全间隙测量仪器。该仪器采用IC芯片对2个薄膜压力传感器的信号进行采集和处理,得到的测量结果直接显示在微型显示器上,实现电梯安全间隙的测量。该仪器的测量精度高,消除人工观察等带来的测量误差,克服了传统检测手段的不足,提高检测人员的工作效率,降低劳动强度。
A safety gap measuring instrument based on pressure sensor was designed and developed.The instrument adopts IC chip to collect and process the signals of two thin-film pressure sensors, and the measured results are directly displayed on the micro-display to measure the safety clearance of the elevator.The instrument makes up for the deficiency of the traditional detection method, has high measurement accuracy, eliminates the measurement error caused by manual observation, improves the working efficiency of the detection personnel, and reduces the labor intensity.
