摘要
随着矿井不断发展,原有的调度绞车辅助运输方式难以实现高效运输,成为制约矿井高效生产的因素之一。针对辅助运输现状,提出采用无极绳绞车代替原有调度绞车进行辅助运输,并从安全性、适应性、经济性等方便与调度绞车进行比对。采用无极绳绞车可以适应井下辅助运输环境,实现运输的连续性,确保复杂运输安全,具有显著的应用推广价值。
With the continuous development of mines, the original dispatching winch auxiliary transportation mode is difficult to achieve efficient transportation, which has increasingly become a factor restricting the efficient production of mines. Aiming at the status quo of auxiliary transportation, it was proposed to use the stepless rope winch instead of the original dispatching winch to assist the transportation,and compared it with the dispatching winch from the convenience of safety, adaptability and economy. The use of the endless rope winch can adapt to the underground auxiliary transportation environment,realize the continuity of transportation, ensure the complex transportation safety, and has significant application and promotion value.
