皮带输送机在煤矿运输中起到很重要的作用,皮带一旦跑偏,会给煤矿安全带来重要影响。通过对皮带式输送机跑偏的原因及危害进行分析,提出一种能够自动对跑偏的皮带进行纠正的调偏装置,重点介绍了该输送机滚筒跑偏装置的工作原理、项目内容及具体实施方案,讨论了该装置的改进方案及推广应用。正确分析皮带跑偏的原因,并及时予以排除,提高设备安全性,具有重要的经济效益。

Belt conveyor plays an important role in coal mine transportation. Once the belt deviates, it will bring important influence to coal mine safety. Based on the analysis of the causes and hazards of the deviation of the belt conveyor, a kind of deviation adjusting device which can automatically correct the deviation of the belt was proposed. The working principle, project content and specific implementation scheme of the device were mainly reported. The improvement scheme and promotion application of the device were discussed. It has important economic benefits to analyze the causes of belt deviation correctly and eliminate them in time to improve the safety of equipment.
