摘要 为了探究光纤激光切割碳钢板工艺特性,开展了光纤激光切割20 mm厚Q235b钢板工艺实验,系统研究了部分工艺参数(切割速度、离焦量、辅助气压)对切缝质量的影响。以根部挂渣高度和切缝下部分倾斜条纹区域所占板厚比例来表征切缝质量。实验结果表明,激光功率和辅助气压是影响切缝质量的最主要的工艺参数,当激光功率增大至4 kW、辅助气压取值范围增大1 400~1 500 kPa时,切缝挂渣量最少。 In order to explore the process characteristics of fiber laser cutting carbon steel plate,a fiber laser cutting 20 mm thick Q235b steel plate process experiment was carried out,and the effects of some process parameters(cutting speed,defocus amount,and auxiliary pressure) on the quality of the slit were systematically studied. The height of the slag at the root and the thickness ratio of the oblique stripe area under the slit are used to characterize the quality of the slit. The experimental results show that laser power and auxiliary air pressure are the most important process parameters that affect the quality of the slit. When the laser power is increased to 4 kW and the range of the auxiliary air pressure is increased by 1 400 ~ 1 500 kPa,the amount of slag hanging on the slit is the smallest.
