摘要
通过SolidWorks软件,对锁芯冷挤压模具凸模建模,研究其热处理工艺并制定合理的热处理方案,提高锁芯质量。通过有限元分析法,对模具凸模进行建模,并且为了对网格数进行有效控制,保证分析工作顺利开展,对其周边圆角进行处理,并进行Cr12MoV静力分析,测试其热处理前与热处理之后的物力属性。经有限元分析,确认了一套有效的凸模热处理工艺,模具具有更好的使用性能且寿命延长。该研究可为热处理工艺以及锁芯生产等提供借鉴。
To study the heat treatment process of cold extrusion die punch for lock core by SolidWorks software,so as to formulate a reasonable heat treatment scheme and improve the quality of lock core.The finite element analysis method was used to model the die punch,and in order to control the number of grids effectively and ensure the smooth development of the analysis work,the rounded corners around the die were processed,then the static analysis of Cr12MoV was carried out, and the physical properties of the die before and after heat treatment were tested.The finite element analysis showed that an effective heat treatment process for punch was confirmed,and the die had better service performance and prolonged the life of the die.This study can be used for reference in heat treatment process and production of lock core.
