广州地铁B型轴箱轴承检修周期延长分析

Analysis on Prolongation of Axle Box Bearing Maintenance Period in Guangzhou Metro

地铁车辆轴箱轴承为机械传动机构的重要组成部分,可以支撑轮对旋转,减小运动过程中的摩擦因数,保证旋转精度。广州地铁轴箱轴承寿命为80万km,其维修密度大,且与地铁车辆架大修扣修时间不匹配,严重限制了列车维修间隔。针对广州地铁B型车轴箱轴承检修周期过短的问题,对列车所用的轴承进行统计,从送修轴承的检测情况进行分析,构建轴承寿命延长模型,实现轴承利用率的提高。综合模型结果显示,轴承能满足120万km的检修周期要求。轴箱轴承检修周期的延长,对B型车的维修间隔延长具有很重要的指导意义。

The axle box bearing of metro vehicle is an important part of mechanical transmission mechanism, which can support the rotation of wheel set,reduce the friction factor in the process of motion, and ensure the rotation accuracy. The service life of axle box bearing in Guangzhou Metro is 800 000 km,its maintenance density is large, and it does not match with the repair time of metro vehicle frame overhaul, which seriously limits the train maintenance interval. In view of the problem that the maintenance period of axle box bearing of Guangzhou Metro B type car is too short. The bearings used in the train were counted, the inspection situation of the bearing sent for repair was analyzed, the bearing life extension model was constructed. The bearing utilization rate is improved. The comprehensive model results show that the bearing can meet the maintenance cycle requirement of 1.2 million km. The extension of maintenance period of axle box bearing is of great guiding significance for the extension of maintenance interval of type B vehicle.
