柴油机润滑油管清洁工艺探析

Analysis on Cleaning Technology of Lubricating Oil Pipe of Diesel Engine

针对柴油机润滑油管清洁度不干净引起柴油机轴瓦等零件损坏,导致柴油机不能正常运行等问题,对柴油机润滑油管清洁工艺进行了研究,提出了润滑油管的清洁方案。选用新型清洁材料及制订详细操作规程,解决了柴油机润滑油管清洁度的问题,改善了柴油机润滑油系统清洁度,保障柴油机的稳定运行。该研究能为柴油机润滑油管或某些机械零件的清洁提供有益参考。

Aiming at the problems of diesel engine lubricating oil tube cleanliness due to the damage of the diesel engine bushings and other parts, which caused the diesel engine not to run normally, the cleaning process of the diesel engine lubricating oil tube was studied, and a cleaning scheme for the lubricating oil tube was proposed. The selection of new cleaning materials and the formulation of detailed operating procedures have solved the problem of cleanliness of the diesel oil pipe, improved the cleanliness of the diesel oil system, and guaranteed the stable operation of the diesel engine. This research can provide a useful reference for the cleaning of diesel oil pipes or certain mechanical parts.
