“按需培养”的船舶与海洋工程专业人才培养模式探究与实践

Research and Practice of"Cultivation on Demand"Talent Training Mode for Ship and Ocean Engineering

新旧动能转换背景下,为逐步实现制造业转型升级等目标,社会对船舶与海洋工程专业应用型本科人才的需求标准日益提高。通过分析山东交通学院历届毕业生及相关就业单位的调研信息,着手调整目前适应新时期的人才培养方案,从完善校企合作教学模式、创新理论实践教学手段、更新多元化教学评价机制三方面提出人才培养方案优化的具体路径。实践结果表明,人才培养模式的优化对人才培养起到正面积极的引导作用,专业的发展获得了行业、社会的普遍认可。

In the context of replacing old growth drivers with new ones,the social requirements of application-oriented undergraduate in ship and ocean engineering are increasingly rising,in order to realize the transformation and upgrading of China's manufacturing industry.Based on the research on the graduates of Shandong Jiaotong University and their employment units,the personnel training program is optimized to adopt the rising requirements.The optimization is made from improving the school enterprise cooperation teaching mode,innovating the theoretical and practical teaching methods,and updating the diversified teaching evaluation mechanism.The practical results of the optimized personnel training program show that the optimization has played a positive role,as the development of ship and ocean engineering program being generally recognized by the industry and society.
