教育生态学视角下中学英语教师素养的探究

A Probe into the Quality of Middle School English Teachers from the Perspective of Education Ecology

中学是培养学生英语素养的关键时期,而英语教师素养是影响学生英语水平的重要因素之一,因此,中学英语教师应努力完善自身素养。教育生态学讲究教师与学生的平衡。本文以教育生态学的视角,分析当前中学英语教师存在的问题,对中学英语教师应具备的素养进行了探究,以适应国家对中学生核心素养培育的要求。

The middle school is the key period for developing students'English ability,and the quality of middle school English teachers is one of the important factors affecting the development of students'English level,so the English teachers should try to improve their quality.The Theory of Education Ecology stresses the balanced development of teachers and students.Thus,based on this theory,this paper explores what kinds of qualities are needed,through the analysis of the existing problems on middle school English teachers.
