建筑玻璃外贴安全膜抗风压性能试验

摘要 建筑玻璃因台风等自然灾害和钢化玻璃自爆存在很大安全风险,安全膜在新建筑物的安全防护和既有建筑物的安全改造中,表现出优异的安全性能。本文介绍了安全膜的结构和国内外发展,结合安全膜的实际应用,通过单片钢化玻璃外贴膜,试验不同贴膜方式和安装固定方案,对比测试其中心受冲击破碎后抗均匀静态正负风压的性能,结果表明,外层单片钢化玻璃若不贴膜,玻璃自爆或受风暴冲击破碎安全风险很大;外层单片钢化玻璃若一面贴膜可以大大减小安全隐患。 Due to the typhoon and other natural disasters,and spontaneous glass breakage of toughened glass,building glass have a big security risk.For security protection of new building and security upgrade of the existing building,safety film exhibited excellent safety performance.This paper introduces the structure of safety film and its development both at home and abroad.Combined with the practical application of the safety film,different application solution and anchored installation are tested through single toughened glass with outside weatherable safety film,,to test the resistance of building glass with outside weatherable safety film to uniform static air pressure difference after center punched.The results show that if the outer monolithic toughened glass has no safety film,the safety risk of spontaneous glass breakage or broken by the storm impact is very big.However if outer monolithic toughened glass applying safety film on one side,the safety risk can be greatly reduced.
