摘要
特高压输电线路架空导线采用1250 mm^2级大截面导线,其截面大、铝钢比大、压接管直径大、长度长等诸多因素给导线压接工艺带来新的挑战。青海送变电工程有限公司先后承建了多条特高压输电线路,通过对压接工艺改进、导线压接操作平台、压接管校直器、耐张线夹引流柄预倾角度控制器研制与应用,大幅度提升了1250 mm^2大截面导线接续管压接质量和工艺,为今后大截面导线架设提供参考和指导。
The Super-high voltage DC Power transmission lines progressively use overhead wire with 1250 mm^2 section,large aliumium/steel ratio,large pressure welding tube diameter and long length,which bring new chellenges to the conductor pressure welding techniques.In construction of super-high voltage power transmission lines,the Qinghai power transmission and transformation engineering company improved the pressure welding techniques,developed the operation platform,the pressure welding tube calibrator and the strain clamp drainage shank pretilt controller,improved sharply the 1250 mm^2 connductor pressures welding technology and the quality,providing future large section conductor erection a reference and guide.
