腹腔镜下采用倒刺线连续性浆肌层缝合法包埋阑尾残端疗效的探讨

Efficacy of Laparoscopic Continuous Seromuscular Suture with Barbed Thread for Embedding Appendix Stump

目的探讨腹腔镜下采用倒刺线(V-LOCK)连续性浆肌层缝合法包埋阑尾残端的效果。方法通过回顾性分析2016年1月至2019年8月期间,在我院诊断为急性阑尾炎,并接受腹腔镜阑尾切除术的患者。根据阑尾残端包埋的方法,分为荷包缝合组(A组)和倒刺线连续性浆肌层缝合组(B组),其中A组46例,B组60例。比较两组患者手术时间、残端包埋成功率及术后恢复情况。结果 B组在包埋时间明显短于A组(2.95±0.65 vs 5.35±1.25min,P<0.01);B组的包埋成功率高达98.33%,显著高于A组的86.96%(P<0.05),且术后肛门排气时间也显著短于A组。结论采用倒刺线(V-LOCK)连续性浆肌层缝合法包埋阑尾残端,方法较为简单且包埋效果满意。

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic placement of appendiceal stumps with V-LOCK continuous sarcoplasmic suture. Methods patients who were diagnosed as acute appendicitis in our hospital from January 2016 to August 2019 and underwent laparoscopic appendectomy were analyzed retrospectively.According to the method of appendiceal stump embedding,the patients were divided into two groups: group A and group B,46 cases in group A and 60 cases in group B.The time of operation,the success rate of embedding stump and the recovery after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The embedding time of group B was significantly shorter than that of group A(2.95±0.65 vs 5.35±1.25 min,P<0.01),the embedding success rate of group B was 98.33%,significantly higher than that of group A 86.96%(P<0.05),and the postoperative anal exhaust time was also significantly shorter than that of group A.Conclusion The method of embedding appendix stump by V-LOCK was simple and satisfactory.
