摘要
针对加气混凝土强度低、干燥收缩大的问题,开展了减水剂对砂加气混凝土性能影响的研究。通过对比试验,研究了减水剂对砂加气混凝土力学性能和干燥收缩的影响,并通过X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)软件分析了减水剂对砂加气混凝土水化产物的影响。结果表明,JSJ减水剂可提高加气混凝土的抗压强度40%、抗折强度44%、降低收缩28%、增加水化产物密实度,不改变水化产物种类。
Aiming at the problems of low aerated concrete strength and large drying shrinkage,this paper carries out a study on the effect of water reducer on the performance of autoclaved aerated concrete.Through comparative experiments,the effects of water reducer on the mechanical properties and drying shrinkage of sand autoclaved aerated concrete are studied.The effects of hydration products of water reducing agent on sand autoclaved aerated concrete are analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)software.The results show that JSJ water reducer can increase the compressive strength of autoclaved aerated concrete by 40%and flexural strength by 44%,reduce shrinkage by 28%,increase the compactness of hydration products,and it don’t change the type of hydration products.
