珠海华发广场深基坑内支撑拆除关键技术

摘要 珠海华发广场深基坑开挖深度约14.50 m,基坑形状呈三角形,基坑主要采用钻孔灌注桩+扩大头锚索的支护型式,基坑各拐点处采用排桩+内支撑支护型式,工程深基坑内支撑拆除通过比选决定采用机械拆除施工技术。实践证明,该技术安全可靠、简单可行、经济合理,为类似深基坑内支撑拆除施工技术提供了借鉴。 The excavation depth of the deep foundation pit of Huafa Square in Zhuhai is about 14.50 m,and the shape of the foundation pit is triangular.The support type of bored pile+extended head anchor cable is mainly adopted in the foundation pit,and the support type of row pile+internal support is adopted at each inflection-point of the foundation pit.The mechanical demolition construction technology is adopted for the removal of internal support in the deep foundation pit through comparison.The result of engineering practice proves that this technology is safe,reliable,simple,feasible and economical,and provides a reference for the construction technology of similar deep foundation pits.
