目的:对Hologic Senlenia数字乳腺X线影像应用价值进行分析。方法:选择我院2018年4月-2020年2月期间,120例在影像科门诊就诊的患者为研究对象。利用Hologic Senlenia全数字化乳腺X线机对其进行检查,分析影像学表现。结果:研究结果提示1类29例,2类37例,3类26例,4A类9例,4B类4例,4C类4例,5类6例,6类5例。其中45~60周岁患者4类(4B、4C)、5类、6类占比重较大,显著高于>60周岁组及<45周岁组(P<0.05)。结论:应用Hologic Senlenia数字乳腺X线检查能够清晰显示出乳腺疾病的影像学特征,提升影像分析价值,降低乳腺肿瘤疾病的漏诊、误诊几率。

Objective Analysis of the value of Hologic Senlenia digital mammography.Methods From April 2018 to February 2020,120 patients who voluntarily visited the imaging clinic in our hospital were selected as the clinical research objects.Examined by Hologic Senlenia digital mammography,and the imaging manifestations were analyzed.Results The results showed that there were 29 cases of type 1,37 cases of type 2,26 cases of type 3,9 cases of type 4A,4 cases of type 4B,4 cases of type 4C,6 cases of type 5 and 5 cases of type 6.Among them,4 categories (4B,4C),5 categories and 6 categories of patients aged 45~60 years accounted for a larger proportion,which was significantly higher than that of patients aged over 60 years and those aged less than 45 years (P<0.05).Conclusion Hologic Senlenia digital mammography can clearly show the imaging characteristics of breast diseases,enhance the value of image analysis,and reduce the probability of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis of clinical breast cancer diseases.
