DWI联合动态增强扫描在前列腺癌诊断价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:在对前列腺癌患者进行分期诊断时使用DWI联合动态增强扫描,探究DWI联合动态增强扫描(DCE-MRI)的临床应用价值。方法:在本次实验中以2017年4月-2019年3月在我院接受治疗诊断怀疑为前列腺癌的56名患者为实验对象,所有患者进行常规MRI平扫和DWI联合DCE-MRI,比较两种方法的结果,探究DWI联合DCE-MRI判断前列腺癌分期的准确性和临床应用价值。结果:56例患者经穿刺或手术病理确诊为前列腺癌共40例,前列腺增生患者为16例。前列腺癌平均ADC值(0.968±0.183)×10-3mm2/s,前列腺增生结节平均ADC值、为(1.393±0.123)×10-3mm2/s,二者之间的差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),使用DWI联合DCE-MRI检查出前列腺癌的总检出率为97.5%,常规MRI平扫检出前列腺癌的总检出率为85%;DWI联合DCE-MRI法的总检出率显著高于常规MRI平扫法(χ2=15.371,P=0.014)。结论:通过临床分析发现进行DWI联合DCE-MRI有着较高的疾病检出率,可以准确的判断前列腺癌患者的疾病分期,降低医院的误诊率,是一种有效的疾病检查方法,在对糖尿病患者进行临床检查时可以应用,有很大的临场应用价值。
