油管倒角机的设计与制造关键技术研究

摘要 作为石油开采的重要设备之一,油管起着关键性的作用,对于不连续油管,接箍重要性不言而喻,但是对于接箍倒角始终存在着加工周期长、工作效率低,且在加工过程中容易出现安全事故。本文针对双面倒角机的设计突出点和加工时各项参数进行技术论证,介绍了双面倒角机在设计制造及调试应用情况。该双面倒角设备的使用可以有效缩短油套管倒角的加工时间,提高工作效率的同时节省了生产成本,为社会带来了可观的效益。 As one of the important equipments for oil extraction,the tubing plays a key role.For discontinuous tubing,the importance of the coupling is self-evident,but for the chamfering of the coupling,there are always long processing cycles,low working efficiency,and Safety accidents are prone to occur during processing.In this paper,the technical demonstration of the design highlights and processing parameters of the double-sided chamfering machine is carried out,and the application of the double-sided chamfering machine in the design,manufacture and debugging is introduced.The use of the double-sided chamfering device can effectively shorten the processing time of the chamfering of the oil casing,improve the work efficiency and save the production cost,and bring considerable benefits to the society.
