近年来,随着煤矿开采增多,安全问题走到了人们的视野当中,现在的企业越来越重视在煤矿开采过程中的安全问题,这成为了行业当中的重要研究课题。我国前几年曾将发生过煤矿安全的重大事故,经过分析之后发现都是人为因素导致的问题。主要是因为在生产的过程当中,煤矿的职工进行违规操作从而引发了这一系列的煤矿安全事故。这就可以看出是因为个体安全因素不强,安全行为与安全意识紧密挂钩。所以本文将从在煤矿安全方面中的生产问题加入安全管理的概念,从而达到控制煤矿内部职工的一些不安全的行为,以此来达到提高煤矿安全的目的,降低发生事故的几率。

In recent years,with the increase of coal mining,safety issues have come into people’s vision.Nowadays,enterprises are paying more and more attention to safety issues in the process of coal mining,which has become an important research topic in the industry.Major accidents of coal mine safety have occurred in our country in the past few years.After analysis,it is found that they are all caused by human factors.The main reason is that in the process of production,the coal mine workers carried out illegal operations,which led to a series of coal mine safety accidents.Therefore,it can be seen that individual safety factors are not strong,and safety behaviors are closely linked with safety awareness.Therefore,this article will add the concept of safety management to the production problems in coal mine safety,so as to achieve the propose of controlling some unsafe behaviors of employees inside the coal mine,improving coal mine safety and reducing the probability of accidents.
