摘要 目前,诸多通风设备都不能够很好地适应矿井的运行。包括倒机反风超时和风机效率过高等问题都会直接影响到煤矿安全生产的现象。本文结合实际案例具体分析煤矿常用主风机的特点和选型设计的各个环节。并结合现场实际的情况来有效地克服技术先进性的倾向。实践表明,可以通过选择正确的煤矿通风设备来有效地提高通风设备的可靠性和经济性,并有效地优化通风设备组合。在对一些煤矿通风设备进行改进之后,往往也能够使得各大电机的容量和工况方法能够更好地符合实际要求。 At present,a lot of ventilation equipment cannot adapt well to the operation of the mine.Problems such as overtime of reversing the wind for the machine and over-high efficiency for the fan will affect the safety in production in coal mines directly.In this paper,the characteristics of the main fans commonly used in coal mines and all aspects of the selection and design are analyzed in detail combined with actual cases,and combined with the actual situation in the field to effectively overcome the tendency of technological advancement.Practice shows that the reliability and economy of ventilation equipment can be effectively improved and the combination of ventilation equipment can be effectively optimized by selecting the correct ventilation equipment for coal mines.After some coal mine ventilation equipment is improved,the capacity and working conditions of each large motor can be better in line with the actual requirements.
