科学采矿评价指标体系探讨

摘要 如今,我国社会各界人士广泛的关注起了煤炭的生产量以及开采过程中的安全等问题,而在此过程中,为了更好的保证开采过程中的安全以及最终的煤炭产量,则必须全方面的评价在煤矿开采过程中的整体状况。而此时则必须详细的探讨在科学探讨过程中的评价指标体系,因为人类社会正常生活的生态环境的和谐发展,直接从科学采矿相关领域跳跃出来,此时为了实现矿产资源的健康可持续性发展,则必须将不同环境之下的开采水平进行量化的评价,从而能够在理论以及技术方面支持管理部门的行政决策,从而能够针对性的做好煤矿开采过程中的现场管理工作。而本文主要的讲述了煤矿开采过程中科学采矿的实际要求,同时从技术、自然条件、现场管理、经济以及社会效益等多方面详细的讲述了科学采矿的影响因素,从而建立了科学采矿评价指标体系,方便之后的科学采矿量化评价工作顺利进行。 Nowadays,people from all walks of life in our country have paid extensive attention to the issues of coal production and safety in the mining process.In this process,in order to better ensure the safety in the mining process and the final coal production,the overall situation in the coal mining process must be evaluated in all aspects.At this time,the evaluation index system in the process of scientific discussion must be discussed in detail,because the harmonious development of the ecological environment on which the normal life of human society depends directly jumps out from the fields related to scientific mining.At this time,in order to realize the healthy and sustainable development of mineral resources,it is necessary to quantitatively evaluate the mining level under different environments,so as to support the administrative decision-making of the management department in theory and technology,and thus to do a good job of on-site management in the process of coal mining.This paper mainly describes the actual requirements of scientific mining in the process of coal mining.At the same time,it describes in detail the influencing factors of scientific mining from the aspects of technology,natural conditions,site management,economy and social benefits,thus establishing an evaluation index system of scientific mining,which is convenient for the subsequent quantitative evaluation of scientific mining to proceed smoothly.
