摘要
脱硫废碱液(又称废碱液、碱渣)是炼化企业的重要污染物之一,本实验在石灰固化的基础上,利用西北地区夏季高温、干旱和日照时间长、紫外线强烈等特点,探索一种简便易行的干式氧化处理新工艺。实验表明,废碱液与一定量石灰混合后,经两周的自然蒸发与氧化,残留固体不再减重,残留固体再恢复加水到初始液位,其COD已明显降低。
Desulfurization waste alkali liquor(also called waste alkali liquor or alkali residue)is one of the important pollutants in refining enterprises.On the basis of lime solidification and taking advantage of the characteristics of high temperature,drought,long sunshine time and strong ultraviolet rays in summer in northwest China,this experiment explores a simple,easy and new technology of dry oxidation treatment.The experiment shows that after the waste alkali liquor is mixed with a certain amount of lime,after two weeks of natural evaporation and oxidation,the residual solid will not lose weight.When the residual solid is added back to the initial liquid level,its COD has been significantly reduced.
