摘要 基于接触角曲线反推法,对佛山南海100%低地板有轨电车的车轮踏面进行了优化。与原型踏面相比,优化后的踏面提高了独立轮对复位能力,改善了轮轨接触状态,减小了轮轨接触应力。仿真计算表明,优化后的踏面改善了车辆的动力学性能,踏面磨耗状态优于原型踏面。 Based on the contact angle curve reverse repulsion method,the tread of 100% low floor tram running in Nanhai District of Foshan City is optimized. Compared with the original tread,the optimized one increases the restore ability of the independent rotting wheel set,improves the wheel/rail contact state and reduces the wheel/rail contact stress. A calculation shows that the optimized tread improves the dynamic performance of the vehicle,and the wear depth of the optimized tread is less than that of the prototype tread.
