The Evolution and Construction of Capital Logic of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the 70 Years of New China

社会主义资本问题是认识改革开放、认识中国特色社会主义经济的重要问题。新中国成立以来,随着社会经济发展理念的不断完善,在认识上破除了社会主义同市场经济不兼容的教条,在实践上推动了社会主义与市场经济相结合,构建了具有中国特色社会主义的资本市场体系,从而形成了体制性释放效应。资本观念从认识反思性到民族整体性,再次转向视阈世界性,在批判与构建中将“公有资本”与“私有资本”深度融合,实现中国资本与世界资本互融互通,释放中国资本的世界意义。

The issue of socialist capital plays an important role in understanding the reform and opening up,socialist economy with Chinese characteristics.Since the founding of the people's Republic of China,with the continuous improvement of the concept of economic and social development,we break the doctrine that socialism is incompatible with the market economy in cognition,and promote the combination of socialism and the market economy in practice,meanwhile,we construct the capital market system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,thus forming the institutional release effect.In this way,we gradually construct the concept of capital from reflective cognition to national integrity,and turn to global vision again.In the process of criticism and construction,public capital and private capital are deeply integrated to realize the mutual integration and interworking of Chinese capital and world capital,and release the world significance of Chinese capital.
