摘要
加强“双师双能型”教师队伍建设是吉林省应用型本科院校发展的主要任务之一,也是促进吉林省经济发展的有效途径之一,通过提高教师的实践能力来加强应用型人才培养。以“双师双能型”教师队伍建设研究为切入点,结合当前吉林省应用型本科院校师资队伍的现状和普遍性问题进行探讨,提出“双师双能型”师资队伍建设的思路,十分必要。
As team building of“double-qualified and double-skill”teachers is one of the major tasks of application-oriented universities in Jilin Province in their development and one of the major means to stimulate the economic growth in the province,it is of necessity to make a study of the approaches to team building on the basis of a discussion on current status of the team and some universal problems so as to reinforce the cultivation of application-oriented talents by means of improving teachers'practical capability.
