摘要
为了研究在砂性富水地层条件下进行基坑开挖对邻近建筑物的影响,以杭州地铁5号线江城路站基坑开挖工程为例,采用现场实测的方法进行分析。结果表明:基坑开挖对邻近建筑物的影响主要是在房屋基础以上的的范围内,超过建筑物基础深度时,继续开挖对邻近建筑物的影响不再有明显变化。基坑围护结构的存在,在一定程度上会对建筑物的沉降控制有利。研究成果可为城市建筑密集区深基坑工程和其他类似的地铁车站施工、隧道穿越等工程提供一定的参考。
In order to study the influence of foundation pit excavation on adjacent buildings under the condition of sand-rich water stratum,this paper takes the foundation pit excavation project of Jiangcheng Road station of Hangzhou metro line 5 as an example,and adopts the field measurement method to analyze.The results show that the influence of foundation pit excavation on the adjacent buildings is mainly above the building foundation,and when the foundation depth exceeds the building foundation depth,the influence of continued excavation on the adjacent buildings will not change significantly.The existence of foundation pit retaining structure is beneficial to the settlement control of buildings to some extent.The research results can provide some references for deep foundation pit engineering and other similar subway station construction,tunnel crossing and other projects in urban built-up areas.
