一种小型互换式大棚自动喷药机构设计 被引量:3

摘要 针对小型大棚内人工喷药过程中存在的操作者农药中毒、药量喷洒不均匀问题,设计了一种无人操守的小型互换式大棚轨道自动喷药机构,在大棚中间顶部安装两条轨道,轨道上装有带有控制电动机的行走装置,在该行走装置下方设有快速对接的专用接口,小型自动喷药机构上方设有与之对应的快速对接口,可以与轨道上的行走装置进行快速对接,实现快速挂接及快速卸下。使用三维软件对小型自动喷药机构整体结构进行了具体设计并对其轨道进行了受力分析及强度校核计算。每个大棚只需要安装一个带有行走装置的轨道即可,一个小型喷药机构可以用于多个大棚,提高了小型喷药机构的利用率,降低了大棚的建造成本。 Aiming at the problems of pesticide poisoning and uneven spraying during the manual spraying process in a small-scaled greenhouse,an unmanned small-sized interchangeable rail automatic spraying mechanism for greenhouse is designed,two rails are installed on the above of the middle of the greenhouse.A running device with a control motor is installed on the rail.A special interface for quick docking is provided below the running device.A corresponding quick docking interface is provided above the small-sized automatic spraying mechanism to allow walking on the rail.The device is quickly docked to achieve quick connection and quick removal.Using 3D software,the overall structure of the small-sized automatic spraying mechanism was specifically designed,and its rail was subjected to force analysis and strength check calculation.Each greenhouse only needs to install a track with a walking device.A small spraying mechanism can be used in multiple greenhouses,which improves the utilization rate of small spraying mechanisms and reduces the construction cost of the greenhouse.
