摘要 首先对目前产品轻量化设计的现状进行了分析,而后以某机械臂结构为研究对象,应用有限元分析软件进行了静力学求解,并基于其静力学结果对研究对象的结构进行了拓扑优化分析。为高效的利用拓扑优化计算结果,将计算结果输出并运用正/逆向技术进行了模型重构,对重构后的模型进行了相同加载条件下的静力学校核,以验证结构设计的合理性。通过研究验证了拓扑优化与逆向工程技术相结合的方法在产品轻量化设计过程中的可行性。 In the research,the current situation of lightweight design of current products was analyzed and taking the structure of a mechanical arm as the research object.The statics solution was solved by using finite element analysis software,and the structure of the research object was topologically optimized based on its static results.In order to efficiently use the topology optimization calculation results,the calculation results are output and the model is reconstructed using the forward/reverse technique.The static school core under the same loading conditions was applied to the reconstructed model to verify the rationality of the structural design.Through this research,the feasibility of the combination of topology optimization and reverse engineering technology in the lightweight design process of products is verified.
