基于量表法的高职教师信息化能力结构模型的构建

摘要 高职教师的信息化能力,有其自身的特点,这种特点主要体现在高职教师在面对教育信息化所表现的独特的职业心理特征上。为实现对教师信息能力的计量,研究借助态度量表法采用辨别扩散和配对比较法,结合统计学软件,建立高职教师的信息化能力结构模型,该模型可以实现对教师信息能力的量化测量,从而有针对性的提高高职教师的信息化能力,以应对日益强烈的信息化浪潮对高等职业教育的冲击。 The informatization ability of higher vocational teachers has their own characteristics,which is mainly reflected on the specific professional psychological characteristics of Higher vocational teachers when they facing the information of education.In order to measure teachers'informatization ability,this paper uses the method of differential diffusion and paired comparison,and combines the statistical software to establish the structure model of teachers'informatization ability.This model can measure teachers'informatization ability quantitatively,and improve vocational teachers'information ability,to deal with the impact of information tide on higher vocational education.
