完全基于FPGA的过钻具阵列声波测井主控电路设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对过钻具阵列声波测井仪的多模式激发、阵列化并行接收、大容量存储、高速传输的功能需求以及低功耗、耐高温、高集成度的性能要求,提出了一种完全基于FPGA的过钻具阵列声波测井主控电路设计方案:采用FPGA-A3P1000作为核心控制处理器,产生多模式阵列声波激发与接收时序,控制采集数据的编排和FLASH存储,实现与上位机的USB接口通信和CAN通信接口的遥传短接数据上传。试验结果表明,完全基于FPGA的主控电路能够为过钻具阵列声波测井信号的激发接收提供精确可靠的控制时序,很好地实现过钻具多模式阵列声波测井的控制功能。 In view of the functional requirements of multi-mode excitation,array parallel reception,large capacity storage and high-speed transmission,as well as the performance requirements of low power consumption,high temperature resistance and high integration of through bit array acoustic logging tool,a design scheme of a master control circuit for through bit array acoustic logging based on FPGA was proposed.FPGA-A3P1000 was used as the core control processor to generate multi-mode array acoustic excitation and receiving sequence,control the compilation of collected data and FLASH storage,and realize the remote transmission and short connection data upload with the USB communication interface and CAN communication interface of the upper computer.The experimental results show that the master control circuit entirely based on FPGA can provide accurate and reliable control sequence for the excitation and reception of the through bit array acoustic logging signal,and it can well realize the control function of the through bit array acoustic logging.
