摘要
目的:探讨基线红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与稳定性冠心病患者经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后长期预后的关联性。方法:选取2013年1月至2017年12月确诊为稳定性冠心病并行PCI治疗的患者865例。PCI术后随访1~6 a,心源性死亡为终点事件。比较不同预后患者之间RDW的差异。采用Cox回归分析评价基线RDW对稳定性冠心病患者PCI术后长期预后的影响。结果:随访期间共发生心源性死亡22例,存活843例,心源性死亡组基线RDW高于存活组[(14.19±1.25)%vs(13.45±1.40)%,P=0.014]。Cox回归分析结果显示,基线RDW升高是稳定性冠心病患者PCI术后心源性死亡的危险因素(HR=1.156,95%CI=1.027~1.300)。结论:基线RDW水平与稳定性冠心病患者PCI术后的长期预后相关。
Aim:To investigate the association of the baseline red cell distribution width(RDW)with the long-term prognosis after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)of the patients with stable coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods:A total of 865 stable CAD patients who performed primary PCI were screened from January 2013 to December 2017.The follow-up time after PCI was 1-6 years,and cardiogenic death was the end point event.The baseline RDW was compared in patients with different prognosis.The association of the baseline RDW with the prognosis was assessed using Cox regression analysis.Results:Out of the 865 cases,cardiogenic death occurred in 22 cases,and 843 cases obtained survival during follow-up.Baseline RDW of cardiogenic death group was(14.19±1.25)%,which was higher than that[(13.45±1.40)%]of survival group(P=0.014).Cox regression analysis showed that baseline RDW increasing was a risk factor for cardiogenic death after PCI of stable CAD patients(HR=1.056,95%CI=1.027-1.300).Conclusion:The baseline RDW is associated with long-term prognosis after PCI of stable CAD patients.
