基于住院病案首页数据的医院医疗质量评价模型的构建及应用

Construction and application of hospital medical quality evaluation model based on home page data of inpatient medical records

目的:构建基于住院病案首页数据的医院医疗质量评价模型,为客观评价公立医院医疗质量提供参考。方法:通过文献分析、专家咨询等方法确定评价指标及权重系数,采用加权TOPSIS法结合秩和比法构建评价模型,对河北省10家公立三级综合医院医疗质量进行综合评价。结果:医疗质量评价指标体系包括3个维度11项指标。6家医院医疗能力指标对排名贡献最大,7家医院医疗效率指标对排名贡献最小。10家医院医疗质量可分为优、良、可三档。结论:构建的基于住院病案首页数据的医院医疗质量评价模型,评价方法简单易行,评价结果科学直观,对医疗质量监管和医院精细化管理有参考价值。

Aim:To establish a hospital medical quality evaluation model based on home page data of inpatient medical records,and to provide reference for objective evaluation of medical quality in public hospitals.Methods:Literature analysis,expert consultation and other methods were used to determine the evaluation index and weight coefficient.The weighted TOPSIS method combined with RSR method were used to construct the evaluation model,and the medical quality of 10 public tertiary general hospitals in Hebei Province was comprehensively evaluated.Results:The medical quality evaluation index system included 11 indicators in 3 dimensions.The medical ability index of 6 hospitals contributed the most to the ranking,while the medical efficiency index of 7 hospitals contributed the least to the ranking.The medical quality of 10 hospitals could be divided into three grades:excellent,good and fair.Conclusion:The hospital medical quality evaluation model based on home page data of inpatient medical records is simple to implement,and the evaluation results are scientific and intuitive.The model is of reference value for health supervision and fine management of hospitals.
