涪陵页岩气田排水采气工艺适应性分析 被引量:6

Analysis on Adaptability of Drainage Gas Recovery Process in Fuling Shale Gasfield

摘要 为了提高气藏的最终采收率,结合涪陵页岩气田排水采气工作实际,归纳总结了自开采以来实施的排水采气工艺,通过研究优选管柱、泡排、压缩机气举、柱塞气举、电潜泵、射流泵等多项排水采气工艺的适应性,形成了一套行之有效的排水采气工艺措施。该工艺投入使用后能有效地排出井筒积液,延长气井生产时间,对提高气井产能和实现气田稳产具有显著的效果。 Based on the practice of drainage gas recovery in Fuling Shale Gasfield,this paper briefly summarizes the drainage gas recovery technology implemented in Fuling Shale Gasfield since its exploitation.By studying the adaptability of several drainage gas recovery processes such as tubing string optimization,bubble drainage,compressor gas lift,plunger gas lift,electric submersible pump and jet pump,a set of effective drainage gas recovery process measures is formed.After the process is put into use,the wellbore effusion can be discharged effectively and the production time of gas well can be prolonged,which has a significant effect on improving gas well productivity and stabilizing gas field production.
