Study and Application of Casing Gas Discharge in Oil Wells

摘要 八面河油田采用释放套管气方法降低套管压力,先后采用了溶液排气、油套连通放气、油嘴套+油套连通放气等多种放套管气方式,但效果都不理想。进行技术攻关,研制了一种新型的放套管气装置。该装置由阀门本体、大压盖、小压盖、丝杆、手柄、截流板等组成,采取在该装置截流板上打孔的方法解决了以往多种放套管气方式存在的问题,提高放气排量的稳定性,降低其对油井生产和集输油系统的影响。 In order to release casing gas to reduce casing pressure,a series of casing gas release methods,such as solution exhaust,oil-sleeve connecting release and oil nozzle sleeve+oil-sleeve connecting release,have been adopted in Bamianhe Oilfield,but they are not perfect.A new type of casing gas discharge device is developed.The device is composed of valve body,big gland,small gland,screw rod,hand shank and interceptor plate.By drilling holes in the interceptor plate,the problems existing in many previous casing discharge methods are solved,which improves the stability of the discharge rate and reduces its impact on the production and collection system of oil wells.
