测试压裂技术在涩北气田的应用

Application of Test Fracturing Technology in Sebei Gasfield

摘要 涩北气田出砂日趋严重,纤维复合防砂压裂技术已经成为该气田行之有效的防砂与增产方法。在主压裂施工之前,采用小型压裂试验并配套注入/压降、阶梯升排量、阶梯降排量等技术,借助全三维压裂软件FracproPT拟合压裂压力,获取储层、裂缝的有关参数和近井摩阻等,为主压裂施工提供可靠依据。 Sand production in Sebei Gasfield is becoming more and more serious.Fiber composite sand control fracturing technology has become an effective method for sand control and production increase.Before the main fracturing construction,small fracturing test and supporting injection/pressure drop,step-up displacement,step-down displacement and other technologies are used.Fully 3d fracturing software FracproPT is used to fit fracturing pressure to obtain relevant parameters of reservoir and fractures and the friction near wellbore,etc.,providing reliable basis for formulating and guiding the main fracturing construction.
