上海官僚资本保险业的接管研究

A Study on the Takeover of Shanghai Bureaucratic Capital Insurance Industry

中华人民共和国成立后,在军事管制委员会的领导下,上海的国家资本、官僚资本保险业成为被接管的对象,经过账册的移交、资财的清点、快速接收以及债权债务的全面清理,到1950年3月,接管工作基本完成。对官僚资本保险业的接管,既是新民主主义革命在金融领域的重要内容,也是新中国保险事业整顿和重建过程中不可或缺的一部分。回顾和反思这一段历史有利于更好地理解中华人民共和国成立70年来保险业发展的进程,同时也能对今天的保险业繁荣带来一定的借鉴意义。

Shanghai's state capital and bureaucratic capital insurance industry became the targets of separate takeover after the liberation of Shanghai,which was under the leadership of the Shanghai Military Controlling Committee.The takeover was basically completed by March 1950.This work has gone through the transfer of account books,the inventory of assets,the quick and detailed collection,and the comprehensive liquidation of creditor's rights and debts.The takeover of bureaucratic capital insurance industry is not only an important part of the New Democratic Revolution in the financial field,but also an indispensable part of the process of insurance consolidation and reconstruction in China.By reviewing and reflecting on this period of history,we can better understand the process of insurance industry development since 1949,and at the same time,we can draw lessons for today's prosperity of insurance industry.
