基于多元诉求的山东莒县大峪村庄公共空间整治研究与实践

Multiple-demand based public space renovation practice in Dayu Village of Juxian County,Shandong Province

近年来我国村庄公共空间整治面临着一个治理困境,即难以权衡与兼顾多元诉求.以山东莒县大峪村庄为研究与实践对象,研究并构建一个基于多元诉求的村庄公共空间整治工作框架.首先提取与解读渗透于规划流程中的多元主体与多元主体的4个诉求阶段,即诉求探寻、诉求判断、诉求协调与诉求实现.采用访谈、问答等方式进行诉求探寻;通过定性与定量数据分析等方法,进行诉求判断;通过多轮公开议论与意见交换的方式进行诉求协调;最后基于多元诉求,整治村庄公共空间并提出具体措施,其中主要选用ARCGIS平台进行空间分析,即实现多元诉求.

In recent years,China's village public space renovation is facing a governance dilemma,and it is difficult to balance multiple-demands.Taking the Dayu Village,a village in Juxian County,Shandong Province,as the research object,this paper studies and constructs a framework based on multiple-demands of village public space renovation work.Firstly,it extracts the four subjects in the planning process and interprets the four appeal stages of these subjects,namely,appeal seeking stage,appeal judgment stage,appeal coordination stage and appeal realization stage.The methods of interviews and questions-and-answers are used to explore multiple-demands.Qualitative and quantitative methods are used to judge the appeal.Through several rounds of public discussion and exchange in a way that appeals to coordinate.Finally,based on these multiple-demands,specific measures are put forward to renovate the village public space,in which ARCGIS platform is used for spatial analysis,that is,to satisfy these multiple-demands.
